There is an established need for children and young people to be leading and influencing action that impacts upon them as individuals and society as a whole. As leaders of services that affect their lives, are we equipped to empower them to lead? Participation Works is hosting a national conference focusing on young people's empowerment and leadership. Delegates will engage with experts in the field in a number of interactive discussion tables. The conference will be a great networking opportunity for everyone involved in participation and who are eager to engage children and young people in leadership roles.
